What the health score counts

The health score is the share of crawled pages that finished with no errors. A page with a missing H1, a broken response, or a noindex tag does not add to the score. A page that only has warnings still counts as clean.

That split is deliberate. Warnings are worth fixing, and they are listed with the pages they affect. They do not pretend to be the same kind of failure as a missing title or a page that never loaded.

The score updates while the crawl is running. If you stop early, the number is the pages checked so far, not a guess about the rest of the site.

Open an issue to see the pages and the fix. The fix is written for that check, so a missing meta description and a missing alt attribute do not share one generic paragraph.
